Boy that’s a tough one!! Our consensus is that Michael Keaton and Christian Bale are both very good Batmans. Due to the era most of our employees grew up, there is probably a slight lean toward Michael Keaton. All of this goes with saying that respect must be paid to Adam West and the incredible cast of 1960s Batman. One thing Batman has always managed to do was pull big stars for the cast.

All kinds. The beauty of our company is it allows people to be individuals. We all have to get our work done, be honorable, and take the job seriously; but outside of that, we should all be allowed to be individuals. We are a team of individuals. Some like sports some don’t, a wide variety of musical tastes including some people that play different instruments, we all like different foods, dress differently, like cars or don’t. With all of that, we are still a team. We probably wouldn’t have found each other if it weren’t for working here but we all would be friends even if we didn’t work here.

Where should I go to eat in Frederick, MD?

Our headquarters is located in Frederick, MD on Carroll Creek right in the heart of downtown and we love our community here. While our building has some solid staples in it like South Mountain Creamery and Frederick Social, we also enjoy Cafe NOLA, Magoo’s, Lucky Corner, Anchor Bar, Firebirds, Belles’, Hootch and Banter, and Plaza Mexico just to name a few. La Paz will be forever missed. All of these places offer great options to work around some staff food allergies such as gluten free, vegan, and dairy intolerances. Downtown Frederick is littered with amazing places to eat and spend time with friends so we highly suggest getting out to try all of them yourself. There’s also a ton of great shops operated by small business owners so plan to take your time because there is plenty to do!

It’s up there, but absolutely not. First and foremost the safety of our staff, customers, their homes, and their community is always our first priority. As far as our individual staff members, everyone here has additional goals/priorities and TRW is a means to facilitate progress in those areas of life as well. Family, friends, cooking, golf, coaching sports, holistic wellness, dungeons and dragons, the list goes on and on… If we take care of our customers then the work we do will also help take care of us. In all the hustle and bustle of living in the DMV it’s hard to find balance for ourselves in our everyday lives and we hope to help facilitate our employees achieving their goals outside of work just as much as meeting ours here.

Doing A Good Job – Our staff thoroughly enjoys what we do here and that translates into a passion for doing things the right way. Knowing our team is going to do their best not only gets us out of bed in the morning but helps us sleep at night!

Affecting Positive Change In The World – Many people don’t realize all the coordination it takes to do what we do and all the elements it touches. Homeowners, employees, building supply companies and reps, our local community, crews that perform the work, the list goes on and on… This gives us a real opportunity to positively impact all these lives by acting fairly and respectfully. We firmly believe in the principle of “put good out, get good back.”

Fun – Who doesn’t wanna have fun at work!! We sure do. Obviously, we need to handle all of our responsibilities but it’s possible to do both!

Our four owners have 60+ years of experience between them and our staff is equally talented. Along with this experience comes thousands of installs in roofing, siding, gutters, windows, you name it!
