It’s up there, but absolutely not. First and foremost the safety of our staff, customers, their homes, and their community is always our first priority. As far as our individual staff members, everyone here has additional goals/priorities and TRW is a means to facilitate progress in those areas of life as well. Family, friends, cooking, golf, coaching sports, holistic wellness, dungeons and dragons, the list goes on and on… If we take care of our customers then the work we do will also help take care of us. In all the hustle and bustle of living in the DMV it’s hard to find balance for ourselves in our everyday lives and we hope to help facilitate our employees achieving their goals outside of work just as much as meeting ours here.
